With more than 11 years of leadership under his belt, Adam has built this organization on a foundation of helping others and creating opportunities for growth for his employees. His leadership is driven by a passion for empowering employees, fostering their success, and collaborating with customers to bring their visions to life.

Brian Wade
Project Manager
For the past year, Brian has played a crucial role in managing projects and leading our team to success. His ability to bring people together and foster collaboration truly sets him apart! He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and his expertise is the driving force behind the success of every project he manages.

Hugo Salgado
Senior Project Manager
Hugo has more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past two years he has been an integral part of the PROS team, bringing passion and dedication to every project. He believes the best results come from a united team, and his leadership inspires everyone around him to strive for greatness.

Max Bumgardner
Assistant Project Manager
Max serves as a Sales Assistant and Project Manager Assistant at PROS, supporting smooth coordination between the project management team and our subcontractor partners. On the sales side, he helps qualify new opportunities for PROS. Max enjoys the collaborative side of construction—the day-to-day problem‑solving, the clear communication, and the small wins that keep projects moving. Outside of work, he’s most at home outdoors—fishing, hunting, or hiking. At the top of his travel wish list are Croatia and Amsterdam. We're grateful for Max’s dedication—and proud to have him on the PROS team.

Keith Phillips
Operations Manager
Keith is the Operations Manager at PROS, bringing five years of industry experience and a strong focus on leadership development. He enjoys guiding and supporting emerging leaders, as well as being involved in the critical decision‑making that shapes project success and company direction. Keith thrives in an environment where strategy, teamwork, and accountability come together. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting guns and knives and watching his son play sports. If he could travel anywhere in the world, Australia would be his first destination.
